再生水厂原水水质在线预警系统研究与应用

【摘要】 再生水原水水质在线预警系统能够为再生水工艺安全、稳定的运行提供保障。以中国北方T市某再生水厂为例,分析再生水厂进水主要污染指标的变化规律,根据再生水厂的MBR处理工艺特征及要求,确定6项预警指标为pH、COD、TN、NH3-N、TP和SS。在原水水质在线监测系统的基础上,建立了基于神经网络的水质预测方法。结合实际运行情况,设置警级、警限,制定事故时的紧急应对方案,提出了建立原水在线预警系统的理论框架,并编制了原水水质在线预警软件。软件的试运行结果表明,再生水原水水质在线预警系统对于水质变化条件下进行报警、预测及调整工艺参数,实现再生水厂安全、稳定运行具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 On-line early warning system(EWS) for source water quality of reclaimed water plant could guarantee secure and stable operation of treatment process.A reclaimed water plant at T city in northern China was introduced as an example,variation of main pollution indicators for source water of the plant were analyzed and pH,COD,TN,NH3-N,TP and SS were selected as key early warning indicators according to the characteristics and requirement of MBR process in the plant.A water quality forecasting method coupling with artificial neural network was proposed based on on-line water quality monitoring system.Taking into account of historical operation records,warning levels were set and emergency response program were established.Theoretical framework of on-line source water EWS was presented and the EWS software was developed.The results demonstrated that the on-line source water EWS could optimize and adjust order and parameters of the treatment process in real time and it was a significant tool for secure and stable operation of reclaimed water plant.
