【摘要】 利用国内、外近20年的资料和饮用水水源地潘家口水库现场围隔实验结果,分析养殖水体中pH、溶解氧(dissolved oxygen,DO)和叶绿素a之间的相互关系。结果表明,当叶绿素a平均含量低于10μg/L时,水体交换弱的夏季和秋季养殖水域水体中pH、DO与叶绿素a无明显相关甚至无相关;水体交换强的夏季和秋季养殖水域水体中pH与叶绿素a呈显著正相关,DO与叶绿素a可能呈显著正相关或无相关。但夏季和秋季现场围隔实验水体中叶绿素a平均含量低于90μg/L时,pH与叶绿素a无相关,DO与叶绿素a无明显相关甚至无相关。现场围隔实验水体及养殖水域水体中pH和DO均有明显的日变化规律,现场围隔实验水体中pH和DO呈显著正线性相关。

【Abstract】 Domestic and foreign data in nearly two decades and our field enclosure experimental results in Panjiakou Reservoir were collected to analyze the relationships among pH,dissolved oxygen(DO) and chlorophyll a in aquaculture water.The result showed that when the mean concentration of chlorophyll a was less than 10 μg/L,no obvious correlation or no correlation was found between pH,DO and chlorophyll a in weak-exchangeable aquaculture water during summer and autumn.In comparison,a significant positive correlation between pH and chlorophyll a,and a significant positive correlation or no correlation between DO and chlorophyll a were found in strong-exchangeable aquaculture water during summer and autumn.In field enclosure experiments,when the average concentration of chlorophyll a was less than 90 μg/L during summer and autumn,no correlation was found between pH and chlorophyll a,and no obvious correlation or even no correlation between DO and chlorophyll a was found.Strong diurnal variations for both pH and DO were identified in field enclosures and aquaculture water.A significant positive linear correlation between pH and DO was found in field enclosures.
