生物滴滤-生物过滤组合工艺处理汽车喷漆废气中试研究

【摘要】 采用中试规模的生物滴滤-生物过滤组合工艺设备处理某汽车厂喷漆车间废气,研究了组合式反应器对废气的净化效果和2处理单元对污染组分的去除能力及微生物特性。该汽车厂喷漆车间废气中的主要组分为甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁醇、丙酮和甲基丙基甲酮。组合式反应器对废气中的污染物有较好的处理效果,但不同的污染组分在不同处理单元中的去除特性不同,其中亲水性的乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁醇和丙酮在生物滴滤塔单元中的去除效率较高,而疏水性的甲苯、二甲苯和甲基丙基甲酮主要在生物滤塔单元中去除。2个处理单元内附着的优势微生物的种类和数量均有所不同,生物滴滤塔单元内的优势微生物以异养细菌为主,而生物滤塔单元内的优势微生物为异养细菌和真菌。

【Abstract】 A pilot-scale combined-bioreactor,consisting of a biotrickling filter unit and a biofilter unit,was developed to treat paint spray booth emissions from an automobile manufacturing plant.Treatment efficiencies of emissions,removal capacities of different pollutants and microbiological characteristics in individual unit were investigated in this study.The main components of paint spray booth emissions were toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,butanol,acetone,and methyl propyl ketone.Gaseous pollutants in the emissions can be removed efficiently by the combined-bioreactor,but the removal characteristics in two different units were different.Most of hydrophilic compounds such as ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,butanol and acetone were removed in the biotrickling filter unit and most of hydrophobic compounds such as toluene,xylene and methyl propyl ketone were removed in the biofilter unit.Types and quantities of dominant microorganisms in two units were different.The heterotrophic bacteria were dominant in the biotrickling filter unit,while both heterotrophic bacteria and fungi were abundant in the biofilter unit.
