新型结构ABR的设计与水力特性研究

【摘要】 针对ABR自身的缺点,设计出一种新型结构的ABR。该反应器为双层结构,共有5部分组成,各部分容积各不相同。该反应器的设计思想是将ABR与生物滤池以及活性炭吸附等工艺相联合。这种设计能够最大程度地发挥各工艺的优势,进而达到更好的处理效果。通过脉冲响应实验对该反应器的水力特性进行研究,得出不同水力停留时间(HRT)下的停留时间分布(RTD)曲线和水力特性参数。实验结果表明该反应器的水力特性与传统的ABR的水力特性相一致,并且这种结构的改进能有效减少反应器的死区比率,降低反应器的返混程度。与传统的ABR相比,该反应器的总体推流程度也得到了增强。

【Abstract】 An anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) with new structure has been designed for the traditional reactor’s shortcomings.The new reactor is composed by double-deck and five parts.The volume of each part is different.The idea of this reactor’s design was combining the ABR with the biofilter and the activated carbon craft.This design could take the furthest advantage of each craft,so that the better disposal effect could be achieved.The residence time distribution(RTD) curves and hydrodynamic characteristics parameters of the reactor in different HRT were also studied through the experiment of impulse response.The results indicated that the hydrodynamic characteristics of the reactor were consistent with traditional ABR.And this modification on structure could reduce the dead-volume ratio(Vd/V) and the back-mixing level effectively.The degree of plug-flow was also stronger than traditional ABR.
