从生物氧化提金废液中回收砷的热力学分析及试验
THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF ARSENIC RECOVERY FROM BIO-OXIDATION GOLD EXTRACTION
【摘要】 对生物氧化提金废液中的砷、铁进行分离后得到砷的富集液,利用水合肼湿法提取单质砷.进行了水合肼还原砷酸钠制备单质砷的热力学分析,考察了pH值、水合肼过量系数、水合肼的稀释倍数、温度、超声功率等工艺参数对砷一次回收率的影响.结果表明,当温度70℃,pH=7,超声功率为160W时,砷一次还原率可达62.9%,再用40%的次亚磷酸钠进行二次还原,可将砷的还原率提高到91.77%.
【Abstract】 Arsenic and iron separation techniques have been applied to treat bio-oxidation wastewater and obtain enriched sodium arsenate concentrate for the extraction of elementary arsenic with hydrazine hydrate.In this paper,thermodynamic analysis of this process was studied.And the effect of the pH value,hydrazine hydrate excessive coefficient,dilution multiple,temperature and ultrasonic power on arsenic primary recovery was also investigated.The results showed that when the temperature was 70℃,pH value was 7,ultrasonic power was 160 W,the arsenic primary reduction rate was 62.9%.Using 40% sodium hypophosphite for the second reduction,the arsenic reduction rate was increased to 91.77% from 62.9%.
