某铅锌矿选矿废水处理复用与零排放试验研究
TREATMENT AND REUSE OF A LEAD-ZINC ORE DRESSING WASTEWATER
【摘要】 某铅锌选矿用排水量大,选矿废水含有重金属离子和其他有毒的化学成分,会造成水环境严重污染;通过对选矿工艺进行优化,提高了铅、锌和金的回收率;采用调pH—氧化混凝—沉淀—吸附的废水处理工艺,出水符合GB 8978—96《污水综合排放标准》一级标准,处理水全部回用于选矿。在闭路循环条件下,选矿废水回用的选矿指标稳定,与使用新水的指标相近,可以实现选矿废水零排放。
【Abstract】 A lead-zinc ore discharges a lot of dressing wastewater.The dressing wastewater contains metal ions and toxic chemical,and water environment might be seriously polluted.By optimizing dressing process,recovery rate of lead,zinc and gold was raised.After the wastewater treatment process of regulation of pH-oxidizing coagulation-precipitation-adsorption was used,The efluent conformed to the first-order of "Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—96).The effluent could be fully reused for ore dressing,the technical indicators were stable,which were similar to those of the new water,so zero-discharge of wastewater could be realized.
