【Abstract】 The Hall 3-dimension structure model of system engineering method can be applied to the study of preplan-making theory,i.e.the preplan-making process is divided into logic dimension,time dimension and knowledge dimension.Leaving aside specific knowledge dimension,the abstract study on the preplan-making process focuses on logic dimension and time dimension.Logic dimension means logic models and the relative methods includes the set of situations,actions and prognoses.Time dimension comprises six basic links which refer to presuming possible accidents,proposing aims of demands of problem-solving,collecting and researching data,listing countermeasures,choosing and drafting preplan,evaluating and validating presumption,and making preplan.更多还原
