【摘要】 目的分析尖锐湿疣鳞状细胞癌变的临床病理特点,以提高诊断水平。方法对6例尖锐湿疣继发鳞状细胞癌变病例的临床和组织病理资料进行分析。结果 6例患者临床表现为龟头或外阴尖锐湿疣久治不愈,HPV基因亚型检测4例为高危型16/18型,病理组织切片显示,Ki-67强阳性表达,P53蛋白高表达。结论有慢性迁延病史的尖锐湿疣患者,结合病理组织检查和分子生物学检测有助于判断有无鳞状细胞癌变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of the condyloma acuminatum with squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Clinical characteristics,expression of Ki-67,P53 and distribution of subtypes of HPV-DNA were used to study the condyloma acuminatum with squamous cell carcinoma.Results The 6 analyzed cases had longer clinical history.Four of them had high positive rates of HPV-DNA(type16/18).All of them had high expression of Ki-67 and P53 in the condyloma acuminatum with squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion Clinical history,HPV-DNA and expression of P53 and Ki-67 are critical for the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum with squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
