【摘要】 目的探讨综合干预对中药注射剂临床使用的安全性及疗效的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照法,选取蚌埠市第三人民医院2010年1月~2010年6月使用中药注射剂的住院患者,随机分为综合干预组(研究组)和非干预组(对照组),通过制订用药标准、培训教育、监督检查等措施进行干预,观察中药注射剂不良反应/事件发生率及疗效。结果研究组较对照组药物不良反应/事件发生率降低(P<0.01),临床疗效也有所提高(P<0.01)。结论综合干预能降低药物不良反应,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine injections by comprehensive intervention in clinical practice.Methods A prospective randomized study was conducted.An intervention group(study group) and a non-intervention group(control group) of the inpatients of Bengbu Third People’s Hospital from January 2010 to June 2010 were selected.Intervention was performed through the development of treatment standard,education,supervision and inspection measures.The results were used to assess the efficacy and the incidence rate of ADR/ADE.Results The incidence rate of ADR/ADE in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and clinical curative effect was improved.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention could reduce the incidence rate of ADR/ADE and improve the efficacy of the Chinese medicine injections.更多还原
