【摘要】 目的观察生长抑素联合皮硝外敷对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。方法 2006年1月~2009年6月共纳入的39例SAP患者按随机数字表分组:生长抑素联合皮硝外敷组(治疗组20例);生长抑素组(对照组19例)。于治疗前后检测,记录临床疗效指标,进行急性生理和慢性健康评价指标Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分,并观察并发症。结果 (1)治疗组白细胞计数、血清淀粉酶、血钙、APACHEⅡ积分均比对照组恢复要快(P<0.05)。(2)2组间器官功能不全发生率和局部并发症发生率、病死率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素联合皮硝外敷可明显提高重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of somatostatin combined with mirabilite external applying in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Thirty-nine patients with SAP were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Administration of somatostatin combined with mirabilite external applying was given to the experimental group,and administration of somatostatin was given to the control group.The indexes of therapeutic effect,including the score of APACHE II and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results(1) WBC count,serum levels of amylase,and the levels of blood calcium,as well as the score of APACHEII in the experimental group recovered more quickly than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2) The occurrences of organic dysfunctions,local complications and mortality in both groups were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of somatostatin combined with mirabilite external applying can significantly improve clinical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.更多还原
