海水预处理氢氧化镁浆料制备及对硼吸附研究
Research on the Preparation of Mg(OH)2 Slurry with Its Adsorption Property for Boron in RO Seawater
【摘要】 研究了在海水脱硼预处理中浆料氢氧化镁的制备,考察了不同pH值、絮凝剂加入量、静置时间和慢搅时间对氢氧化镁浆料含量的影响,确定了最佳浆料制备条件,并探讨了碱化絮凝过程的中间产物Mg(OH)2对硼的吸附热力学和动力学研究。结果表明,Mg(OH)2对硼具有较强的吸附能力,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和Lagergren准二级动力学模型。
【Abstract】 In this study Mg(OH)2 slurry is prepared from seawater by reverse osmosis.The factors of pH,dosage of flocculant,settling time and reaction time were examined with the best reaction condition.In addition,the thermodynamics and kinetics of boron incorporated into by-product magnesium hydroxide were investigated.It fits Langmuir model and Lagergren second order kinetic model.
