浅论新时期我国责任政府建设的方向
On the Orientation of Chinese Responsible Government Construction in the New Period
【摘要】 随着民主和政府行政体制改革的发展,建设责任政府成为我国政府改革的价值取向和追求目标。通过分析我国政府责任缺失的表现及其原因,指出了我国责任政府构建的方向。
【Abstract】 With the development of democracy and the reform of government administrative system,the construction of a responsible government has become the value orientation and a goal for our government.By analyzing the performance and causes of the lack of responsibility of the government,the author points the direction for the construction of Chinese responsible government.
