【Abstract】 This paper employs Marx’s ideas on state power to analyze the connotations of state and the necessity for the existence of a state.It proceeds to analyze the reasons for the dissimilation of traditional state power.It concludes that ruling and good governance are two effective ways to prevent state power from dissimilation,and that the changing process of state administrating models is the one where man realizes his development in an all-round way.更多还原
