【Abstract】 Currently,teachers’ performance evaluation is one of the key issues in the training of IT professionals in vocational colleges.This paper carries out an in-depth analysis on the current problems and reasons of IT teacher evaluation,and brings forward the countermeasures of establishing a "Dual Evaluation System" of the "Trinity" by combining the actual demand of current IT professionals training in vocational colleges.更多还原
