柔性环氧灌浆材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用十八胺与乙二醇缩水甘油醚为原料,制得一种两端为环氧基、中间氮原子上接有长疏水侧链的加成物,再由自制亚胺上剩余的仲胺对加成物进行封端,制备出潜伏型柔性环氧固化剂。并用该固化剂制备出低模量高弹性环氧灌浆材料。通过测定固化物的冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和玻璃化转变温度(Tg),扫描电子显微镜对固化物的断裂面形态分析等,考察了固化剂、稀释剂和促进剂等因素对环氧灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用潜伏型柔性环氧固化剂制备的环氧灌浆材料具有高韧性和低模量的优点,糠醛丙酮稀释剂和促进剂最佳添加量分别为20%~30%和1.6%~2.0%。

【Abstract】 A latent and flexible epoxy curing agent was synthesized by the reaction of synthetic epoxy compound and ketimine which was synthesized by diethylenetriamine and methyl isobutyl ketone.And the synthetic epoxy compound having a long hydrophobic alkyl side chain on the N atom and terminated by epoxy groups was synthesized from octadecanamine and the ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether.And a type of flexible epoxy grouting material was prepared based on the curing agent.By means of checking the impact strength,tensile strength,elongation at break,Tg and fracture of surfaces of the condensate.the effects of curing agent and dilute and accelerator on the properties of condensate were investigated.It showed that the grouting material based on the latent and flexible curing agent had good flexibility and low flexural modulus.And the better dilute was furfural and acetone mixture whose content was 20%~30%.And the that of accelerator was 1.6~2.0%.
