一类新型高耐热有机硅材料的制备及应用研究
Researches on preparation and application of a series of novel silicone materials with high thermal stability
【摘要】 利用顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、苯酐(PA)、均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)、二苯酮四酸二酐(BTDA)分别与γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(γ-APS),通过化学亚胺化制备了一系列新型高耐热酰亚胺芳杂环改性硅烷偶联剂,并讨论了溶剂体系、亚胺化试剂对合成的影响。还通过表面硅烷化技术,将基于新型高耐热改性硅烷偶联剂的处理液对金属进行防腐处理,考察了处理液的配置及储存稳定性,阐述了将其用于Al、Fe、Cu金属表面处理的原理和处理工艺,分析讨论了不同改性硅烷偶联剂与保护膜之间结构性能的关系。
【Abstract】 Maleic anhydride(MA),phthalic anhydride(PA),pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) and benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA),respectively,were employed to react with γ-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane(γ-APS) via chemical imidazation to prepare a series of highly thermally stable modified silane coupling agents,and the effects of reaction solvents and chemical imidazation agents on the synthesis was investigated.The surface anti-corrosion treatments on metals(Al,Fe,Cu) based on the novel silicone materials were also enforced via surface silanifying approach,whose application principle and processing techniques,such as formulation of hydrolyzed solutions and their storage stability,were presented.
