PVDF薄膜晶相生长及荧光检测研究
Study on crystal phase growth and fluorescence detection of PVDF films
【摘要】 用旋转涂覆法制备了PVDF薄膜,研究衬底对α相形成的影响,进而改变退火温度研究α相向β相的转变。采用XRD、红外光谱及荧光光谱对薄膜进行表征。研究发现,采用载玻片作为衬底时,薄膜为非晶态,衬底为掺氟氧化锡和单晶硅时,薄膜获得了较好的α相结晶。随着退火时间的延长,薄膜中的晶粒尺寸增加。随着退火温度的升高,薄膜中α相向β和γ两个极性晶相发生转变。分析表明,聚合物与衬底表面原子基团之间的氢键作用不利于薄膜的晶化,而极性相的存在使铜酞菁分子荧光发射峰红移。
【Abstract】 PVDF films was prepared by spin-coating.Substrates’ influence on α-phase and the transformation from α phase to β phase during different annealing treatment was studied.The technique of XRD、FTIR and fluorescence spectrum was used to analyze the samples.It showed that the films was amorphous when using glass as substrates,and the films crystallized very well when using tin oxide doped fluorine or monocrystalline silicon piece.The crystalline grain was growing as the increasing of annealing time and the α-phase transformed to β phase when the annealing temperature increased.It was found that the hydrogen bond interaction between polymer and substrates didn’t in favor of samples’ crystallization,red shift of CuPc fluorescence in the sample was seen because of the existence of polarity phase.
