La3+掺杂Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5Cr0.5)2O4尖晶石红外辐射材料的研究
Study on La3+ doped Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5Cr0.5)2O4 infrared radiance spinel materials
【摘要】 用固相合成法制备La3+掺杂Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5Cr0.5)2O4尖晶石体系红外辐射材料,并通过DTA-TG、XRD和IRE-2型红外辐射测试等方法研究了材料的结构特征与红外辐射性能的关系,结果表明:随着La3+含量的增加,La3+以不同的形式进入Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5Cr0.5)2O4体系中,当La2O3掺杂浓度为5%(质量分数)时,样品的法向全波段辐射率达到0.91。
【Abstract】 La3+ doped Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5 Cr0.5)2O4 infrared radiance materials were prepared by solid phase sintering.The structure and infrared radiance properties of the material was investigated by DTA-TG,XRD,IR and infrared radiation property measurement.The results indicated that La3+ occupied the position in the structure by different coordination with increasing of the content of La3+.The sample of doping 5% La2O3 attained a relatively high infrared emissivity of 0.91 in the whole band.
