高岭土/聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性复合材料表面交联改性及吸水动力学研究
Surface modification and swelling dynamics of kaolin/sodium polyacrylate super absorbent
【摘要】 以乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为交联剂,蒸馏水和丙酮的混合溶液为溶剂,用水溶液聚合法对高吸水性复合材料进行了表面交联反应。结果表明,当交联剂用量为0.5%(相对于表面交联前吸水材料的质量),相比(水与丙酮的体积比)为0.15时材料的性能最好,吸水倍率达406g/g,前130min吸水材料的平均吸水速率达0.280g/g.min-1,水的溶剂化作用引起的高分子链段松弛的速率决定了水凝胶的吸水速率。
【Abstract】 The study was conducted with super-absorbent’s surface cross-linking reaction,ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether used as cross-linker,and distilled water and acetone used as the mixture solvent.The results showed when the content of cross-linker was 0.5% of the quality of composite super-absorbent and the volume ratio(water and acetone) was 0.15,the distilled water absorption performance of composite was the best value 406g/g,and the average maximum water absorption rate was 0.280g/g min-1.The phenomena could be explained that the rate of relaxation of polymer chain due to solvent effect of water determined the rate of water absorption rate of hydrogels.
