可剥离水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶的研制
Study on the preparation of removable water-borne acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive
【摘要】 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、改性环氧树脂为主要原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用预乳化工艺,合成水性丙烯酸酯压敏胶粘剂。该胶粘剂具有可剥离性,剥离后无残留胶。实验结果表明采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和OP-10的复合乳化剂制得的胶粘剂综合性能好。
【Abstract】 The acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive was prepared using butyl acrylate(BA),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),methyl methacrylate(MMA) and modified epoxy resin as main materials,ammonium persulfate as the initiator by pre-emulsification process.The experiment results showed that the properties of pressure-sensitive adhesive were better and could be removable when the lauryl sodium sulfate(SDS) and OP-10 were used as complex emulsifiers.
