乙醇-水混合溶液中碳酸钙晶须的合成
Synthesis of calcium carbonate whiskers in ethanol/water mixed solution
【摘要】 不加任何添加剂,在乙醇-水的体积比为V(乙醇)∶V(水)=1∶1、温度50℃、原料浓度0.25mol/L的条件下,利用沉淀法制得了大小均匀、长度为10~30μm、长径比为20~30∶1的文石型碳酸钙晶须。同时,实验中还得到了树枝形和稻穗状等特殊形貌的晶体。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(IR)对产物的结构和形貌进行了表征。通过对照实验,分析了乙醇对碳酸钙多种形貌的调控作用。
【Abstract】 The uniform aragonite whiskers with length 10~30μm,aspect ratio 20~30∶1 were prepared by precipitated method under reaction temperature 40℃,volume ratio of ethanol/water 1∶1,concentration of primary material 0.25mol/L,and without any additives.The special dendrite,rice spike crystals were also obtained at the same time.The morphology,size and crystal structure were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The control action of ethanol for calcium carbonate polymorphs was also discussed according to the contrast experiment.
