MF2型稀土掺杂荧光纳米材料的合成及应用研究进展
Research progress of preparation methods and application of MF2 type rare-earth fluorescent nanomaterials
【摘要】 MF2型(M=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba)碱土金属氟化物纳米材料因具有独特的光、电和化学性质,在发光及显示器件、光学成像、生物荧光探针等方面得到了广泛的应用。综述了MF2型荧光纳米材料的几种常用的制备方法及其应用领域,并展望了MF2型荧光纳米材料的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 MF2 type(M=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba) fluorescent nanomaterials have unique electronic,optical and chemical properties,which have been widely used in luminescence devices,displays,optical imaging and biolabeling and so on.A comprehensive review was presented on the general preparation methods of MF2 fluorescent nanomaterials.The application and the development trends of the MF2 fluorescent nanomaterials were also proposed.
