双因素爆炸箔低能点火试验研究

【摘要】 基于直列式点火系统低能小型化的研究背景,初步探讨了不同微观形貌桥箔和不同粒度的B/KNO3点火药对点火能量的影响。研究结果表明,桥箔表面致密性及晶体体组织形貌是影响发火能量高低的重要因素,此外细化B/KNO3点火药两组分粒度可较大幅度地降低发火能量。双因素优化试验结果表明:在发火电容0.12μF、压药密度1.55g/cm3条件下,爆炸箔点燃B/KNO3的50%发火电压为710V。

【Abstract】 Under the background of low-energy micromation of in-line ignition system,the impact of foils with various micro-topographies and the particle size of B/KNO3 ignition powder components on ignition energy were studied.The results showed that both the compactness of foil surface and the crystal morphology were the key factors that determine the level of ignition energy,in addition,ignition energy could be significantly decreased by fining the B/KNO3 ignition powder components. The results of optimized dual-factor experimental study showed that under the condition of 0.12μF firing capacity and 1.55g/cm3 charge density,50% firing voltage of exploding foil igniting B/KNO3 is 710V.
