【摘要】 云南磷矿资源丰富,但大部分是可选性较差的磷块岩矿石,开展磷矿选矿技术研究,对云南磷矿高效利用具有重要意义。文中针对云南某地高硅质胶磷矿进行浮选工艺及药剂研究,以确定最佳浮选方案,结果表明:采用一次粗选,一次扫选正浮选流程,使用新型捕收剂和新型抑制剂,可以得到平均P2O5品位30.62%、回收率83.87%的磷精矿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunan has rich phosphate rock resource,but its majority is refractory collophanite ore.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct study on phosphate mineral processing technology for the development and utilization of Yunnan’s phosphate rock.Flotation technology and flotation reagents were tested for a high siliceous collphanite in Yunnan province to determine optimum flotation program in this paper.The results showed that phosphate concentrate with P2O5 30.62%,recovery 83.87% could be obtained by using new style collector and new style depressor in a direct flotation technological process with one roughing and one scavenging.更多还原
