正丁醇-乙酸丁酯-1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐的等压汽-液和液-液相平衡
Vapor-liquid equilibrium and liquid-liquid equilibrium of n-butanol+n-butyl acetate+1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate
【摘要】 测定了101.3 kPa下正丁醇-乙酸丁酯-1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([OMIM][PF6])体系的液-液平衡和汽-液平衡,并用NRTL方程对测得的液液平衡数据进行了关联,得到方程的二元参数。用液液平衡所得到的NRTL方程二元参数,预测了正丁醇-乙酸丁酯-[OMIM][PF6]体系的汽-液平衡,预测结果和汽-液平衡实验结果吻合良好。实验表明[OMIM][PF6]能够增加正丁醇对乙酸丁酯的相对挥发度,消除丁醇-乙酸丁酯共沸点,且随着[OMIM][PF6]含量的增加,正丁醇对乙酸丁酯的相对挥发度增大。
【Abstract】 Isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium(VLE) and liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE) for the ternary system of n-butanol+n-butyl acetate+l-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([OMIM] [PF6]) were measured at 101.3 kPa.The experimental LLE data were correlated by NRTL activity coefficient model and the binary parameters obtained from LLE were used to predict the ternary VLE.The predicted VLE results agreed well with the experimental data.The VLE data show that ionic liquid[OMIM][PF6]can enhance the relative volatility of n-butanol to n-butyl acetate.The azeotropic point can be eliminated by[OMIM][PF6],and relative volatility of n-butanol to n-butyl acetate increase with the concentration of[OMIM][PF6]in the system.
