【摘要】 基于某SSOT装置现有换热网络,对其进行了节能研究,得到了较好的节能效果。首先提取物流数据并做冷热组合曲线图,得到夹点温度为135℃(位移温度);其次应用问题表法计算得到能量目标,其中最小热公用工程为6836.82 kW,最小冷公用工程为11442.95 kW;然后,应用夹点技术对其进行分析,结果表明装置存在跨越夹点的传热,并且在夹点以上有冷却公用工程,因此其换热网络是不合理的,不合理换热共计7081kW。最后针对这些用能不合理的环节,提出了节能方案;并对提出的节能方案进行严格模拟,确定了节能潜力,其中热公用工程节省30.70%,冷公用工程节省20.85%。

【Abstract】 Based on the present heat exchanger network of some SSOT equipment,put forward an energy saving retrofit scheme which can get a good energy saving effect.First extract stream data and plot the composite curves,which shows the pinch temperature is 135℃(shifted temperature);then use the "problem table" to calculate the energy target,the minimum hot utility requirement is 6836.82 kW,the minimum cold utility requirement is 11442.95 kW;then use the pinch technology to analyze the network,the result shows that it has the heat transfer across the pinch and the cold utility requirement above the pinch,so the network is unreasonable,the total inappropriate heat exchange is 7081 kW.At last in view of these improper matches,put forward a retrofit scheme;and simulate the retrofit scheme strictly,determine the energy saving potential,of which hot utility requirement saves 30.70%,cold utility requirement saves 20.85%.
