城市污泥与淮南煤共制水煤浆制浆性能的试验

【摘要】 通过在淮南煤中添加三种淮南城市污水污泥进行制备水煤浆的试验研究,结果表明,在淮南煤中添加三种污水污泥A、B和C制浆最大浓度降低3%~4%,污泥水煤浆的制浆性能均很好。污泥A、B可共制最大浓度为65%的水煤浆,污泥添加量不大于2%,添加污泥B的制浆性能较优于添加污泥A,污泥C最大添加量可达25%。添加污泥C共制水煤浆的最大浓度为66%,此时污泥最大添加量为10%。添加污泥A、B对水煤浆有效浓度影响有限,节水比例也很小;污泥C的添加可以节省1/5~2/5的工业用水,但对水煤浆气化的影响很大。

【Abstract】 The slurryability of coal water mixture(CWM) with urban sewage sludge and Huainan coal was studied.It was shown that maximum concentrations of CWM with sewage sludge A,B,C is 3%~4%lower than that of CWM without sewage sludge and the slurryability of that CWM is well.The maximum concentrations of CWM with sewage sludge A,B are 65%and the addition proportion of sewage sludge A,B is below 2%.The maximum addition proportion of sewage sludge C is 25%at this concentration.The addition proportion of sewage sludge C is lower than 10%at its maximum concentration(66%).The maximum concentrations of CWM with sewage sludge C are 66%while the addition proportion of sewage sludge A,B is below 2%.the effect of sewage sludge A,B on effective concentration and water saving ratio of CWM is limited.The addition of sewage sludge C can decrease 1/ 5~2/5 of water consumption,while it has a huge effect on gasification of coal water slurry.
