低温乙醇溶液脱水制备乙烯技术

【摘要】 以TFA改性的HZSM-5为催化剂,低温催化稀乙醇溶液脱水制备乙烯。考察了TFA的浸渍量、反应温度、质量空速、乙醇的质量浓度对于该反应的影响,得到了较优化的反应工艺条件为:以TFA浸渍量为2%~6%的HZSM 5为催化剂,乙醇的质量浓度为50~150 g/L,WHSV为2~6 h-1,反应温度为230~260℃。乙醇的转化率可达97%,乙烯的选择性为99%以上。

【Abstract】 The conversion of aqueous ethanol into ethylene is carried out by passing a mixture of ethanol and water vapors over the triflic acid(TFA) modified HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst under low temperature.The factors which influence the yield and distribution of the products such as the TFA loading,the mass concentration of ethanol,weight hourly space velocity and reaction temperature were studied.After a series of experiments,the optimal dehydration conditions were determined;TFA loading is from 2%to 6%,the mass concentration of ethanol is from 50 g/L to 200 g/L,WHSV is form 2 h-1 to 6 h-1,the reaction temperature is from 230℃to 260℃. The conversion ratio of ethanol can reach 97%,the selectivity of ethylene is more than 99% under the optimal dehydration conditions.
