CSMB集成反应分离技术高效节能制备壳寡糖

【摘要】 针对现有壳寡糖制备方法及装备中存在的技术难点,本文自主提出了电化学氧化降解壳聚糖与连续制备色谱分离提取壳寡糖的集成反应分离技术,用以高效、节能和绿色制备壳寡糖。经过仿真模拟与大量实验研究,确定120 min为反应分离的最佳耦合点,设计并研制出一套CSMB集成反应分离设备。实际试验结果表明,产品最终纯度可以达到98%以上,同时节省能耗达25%,且洗脱溶剂排放明显减少,该方法与设备具有较高的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 To work out the technical problems of the preparation methods and equipments of chitosan oligosaccharide,the paper creatively proposed the integrated reaction and separation technology which is integrated electrochemical oxidation degradation of chitosan with continuous preparative chromatography separation and extraction of chitosan oligosaccharide.It can be used to obtain chitosan oligosaccharide under high-efficiency,energy-saving and green production.With the numerical simulation and a large number of experiments,it is shown that 120 minutes is the best coupling point between the reaction and the separation.Based on them, an integrated reaction and separation equipment,Coupled/cascade Simulated Moving Bed was developed.The results of practical tests showed that the purity of the product can reach to more than 98%,its energy-savings can be up to 25%and the emissions of elution solvent can be significantly reduced.The method and equipment has a high performance and potential application.
