蒸馏过程节能减排的策略与新技术装备

【摘要】 结合蒸馏新技术在生产实践中的应用,讨论了企业在蒸馏过程中实际应用的几种节能技术:包括蒸馏设计过程的优化、热耦合蒸馏过程、热泵精馏、差压精馏和余热附产蒸汽的精馏新技术,节能效果显著。针对蒸馏残渣过多的高黏度、高凝固点物系的蒸馏过程,成功研发了具有自清洁功能的双轴搅拌再沸器并进行了热膜实验研究。不仅回收得到了蒸馏塔釜残中含有的TDI、MDBE产品,将无论是固体重组分残渣还是高黏度的流体残渣都成功从双轴搅拌釜中排出,为进一步推广应用该技术打下了坚实的基础。有望使石油、化工等行业减少残渣排放50%以上。

【Abstract】 Combined with the application of new distillation technologies in the practical utilization,several energy-saving technologies were discussed in this paper,including the optimization of the distillation process design,thermally coupled distillation process,heat pump distillation,differential pressure distillation,and new technology which can produce steam by the waste heat of the condenser.Those energy-saving effect are all remarkable.As to the distillation process of high viscosity,high freezing point materials,in which there are too much distillation residues,a self-cleaning,biaxial mixing reboiler was successfully developed,and some hot-film experiments had also been done with it.TDI and MDBE in the residues were totally recycled by the experiment and whether the solid or high viscosity heavy components from TDI or MDBE were all flowed out from the equipment,thus laying a solid foundation for further promoting the application of the technology.The residue emissions of the petroleum,chemical and other industries will be expectedly reduced by more than fifty percent.
