新型原油脱钙剂的开发及性能评价

【摘要】 在对混合原油基本物性分析的基础上,对自主开发的MPTT型液态脱钙剂进行了性能评价。结果表明:MPTT型脱钙剂对混合原油中的钙、镁、钠元素脱除效果明显,在适宜操作条件下,脱钙率可达93.9%,采用L23(49)正交设计实验确定了影响脱钙效果因素排序,其中最显著因素为剂钙摩尔比;MPTT型脱钙剂具有很好的低温溶解性,在温度不低于-23℃条件下既不结冰,也不结晶,可一年四季连续使用;在模拟使用条件下,MPTT型脱钙剂对20#碳钢的腐蚀速率较低,适合利用炼油厂现有电脱盐设备实现混合原油的深度脱钙预处理。

【Abstract】 Based on the analyses of basic physical properties of mixed crude oil,which was made by mixing the Liaohe heavy crude oil and Duba crude oil in certain proportion,the various performances of self-developed MPTT decalcification agent for mixed crude oil were evaluated experimentally.The evaluation results demonstrated that the decalcification agent had a better performance for removal of Ca,Mg,and Na elements from mixed crude oil,and the removal rate of Ca was 93.9%under proper operation conditions.The most significant factor on the decalcification performance was the dosage of decalcification agent,i.e.molar ratio of decalcification agent to calcium by orthogonal test.The decalcification agent solution offers a good low-temperature performance.It would neither freeze nor crystallize out under the conditions of—23°C and was qualified to application in all the year round.The decalcification agent solution had a low corrosion rate on 20~# carbon steel under the simulated conditions of use.Therefore,it could be used to remove calcium element from mixed crude oil by existing electric desalting device in refinery.
