【摘要】 分析了涡旋泵压缩腔的综合内压和温度,建立了涡旋泵中涡旋齿的压力载荷模型和温度场模型。以一种涡旋无油真空泵为例,计算了涡旋齿的压力载荷和温度,得到了压力载荷和温度变化的周期性规律,为研究涡旋泵中涡旋齿的弯曲疲劳强度和提高涡旋泵的寿命提供了重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pressure and temperature field in compression chamber of vortex pump were analyzed,and both pressure load model and temperature field model for scroll wraps were established;taking vortex pump as an example,both pressure and temperature of scroll wraps were calculated to have the periodic trend which regarding the pressure load and temperature variation achieved.This can provide reference for the study on bending fatigue strength and improving vortex pumps.更多还原
