负载型酞菁钴(Ⅱ)光催化降解孔雀石绿的研究

【摘要】 采用光催化法研究了MCM-41-α-四(2-甲氧基乙氧基)酞菁钴(Ⅱ)催化剂对孔雀石绿降解速率的影响:在室温30℃中性环境下,研究了负载金属酞菁催化剂对4 mg/L孔雀石绿溶液的降解情况,同时研究了催化剂投加量、过氧化氢浓度对孔雀石绿降解的影响并探讨了光催化降解孔雀石绿的动力学规律。实验结果表明:制备的催化剂对孔雀石绿降解起到了明显的促进作用,20 min内降解可达到98%。当催化剂加入量达到0.9 g/L的时候具有最佳的催化效果,再继续加大催化剂的用量不会使催化效果显现明显的变化。随着H2O2投量的增加,尤其是在反应的前10 min内,孔雀石绿的降解效果显著提高。对光催化降解孔雀石绿的动力学规律的实验表明孔雀石绿的降解反应遵循一级动力学方程。

【Abstract】 The light catalytic method studied MCM-41-α-tetra(2-methoxylethoxyl) metallophthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ) catalyst on degradation rate of malachite green:At room temperature(30℃) neutral environment,Study on supported metal phthalocyanine catalyst on the degradation of 4 mg/L malachite green solution,At the same time of catalyst content,concentration of solution,and hydrogen peroxide concentration on degradation effect of malachite green and explores the photocatalytic degradation of malachite green in dynamics.The experimentalresults show that:MCM-41-α-tetra(2-methoxylethoxyl) phthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ) catalytic effect obviously,20 min degradation reached 98%.When the catalyst dosage reaches 0.9 g/L having the maximum catalytic effect,continue to increase the amount of catalyst does not make the catalytic effect obvious changes.As the H2O2 dosage increases,especially in response to the first 10 min,malachite green degradation effect is improved obviously.on photocatalytic degradation of malachite green in the kinetics experiments showed that the degradation malachite green reaction followed a first-order kinetic equation.
