吖黄素与钙(Ⅱ)相互作用的荧光光谱性质研究

【摘要】 研究了在pH=1.98,T=293K时,采用荧光和同步荧光研究了吖黄素与Ca2+的相互作用。研究表明,吖黄素与Ca2+的配位作用导致吖黄素荧光猝灭,吖黄素与Ca2+的配位作用的结合常数Ka=1.7×103,猝灭常数Kq=2.58×107,结合位数n=0.945 5。

【Abstract】 The coordination characteristics of Calcium ions and Acriflavine were studied by fluerescence and synchronous fluerescence spectroscopy in aqueous solution.The results showed that Calcium ions had a powerful ability to quench the Acriflavine fluerescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism in the pH1.98 B.R buffer system and T=293K.The quenching rate constants,the coordination constants and the coordination sites of the static quenchingg were calculated that the results were Kq=2.58×107,Ka=1.7×103,n=0.945 5.
