【Abstract】 The coordination characteristics of Calcium ions and Acriflavine were studied by fluerescence and synchronous fluerescence spectroscopy in aqueous solution.The results showed that Calcium ions had a powerful ability to quench the Acriflavine fluerescence via a nonradiative energy transfer mechanism in the pH1.98 B.R buffer system and T=293K.The quenching rate constants,the coordination constants and the coordination sites of the static quenchingg were calculated that the results were Kq=2.58×107,Ka=1.7×103,n=0.945 5.更多还原
