重金属在碱渣层中的分布及形态研究
Distribution and Speciation of Heavy Metals in Alkali Residue
【摘要】 采用自制动态吸附柱考察了碱渣层对重金属离子(Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+)的吸附截留能力。实验结果表明,在高浓度和高水力负荷条件下,碱渣对Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的最大吸附量分别可达194.451,24.245,11.036 mg/g,穿透时间均达60 h以上,饱和吸附时间超过80 h。通过Tessier提取法考察了碱渣层中重金属的存在形态,实验结果表明,重金属离子在碱渣表面的存在形态主要为铁锰氧化物结合态和碳酸盐结合态,以有机结合态存在的重金属离子极少。
【Abstract】 The adsorption capability of alkali residue to heavy metals(such as Cu2+,Zn2+ and Cd2+) was investigated using a self-made dynamic adsorption column.The experimental results show that under the conditions of high concentration and high hydraulic load,the most adsorption quantities of alkali residue to Cu2+,Zn2+ and Cd2+ can reach 194.451,24.245,11.036 mg/g,respectively,the penetration time can reach over 60 h,and the saturated absorption time can reach more than 80 h. Heavy metal species in alkaline residue were also studied using Tessier extraction.The experimental results show that the heavy metals on the surface of alkali residue are mainly in Fe-Mn oxide form and carbonate-bounded form,hardly in organic-bounded form.
