通过连续精馏热量平衡 剖析进料热状态的合理选择
Anatomizing Reasonable Choice of Heat State of Raw Material through the Quantity Balance of Heat Energy in Continuous Distillation
【摘要】 液体精馏是化工原理课程重要的单元操作之一。精馏的进料热状态影响到精馏工程中的多个方面。进料热状态的合理选择涉及了能量的合理利用问题。从连续精馏热量平衡的角度剖析进料热状态的合理选择,不仅能使学生深刻理解精馏理论原理,而且能够引导学生树立起技术经济的概念和争取工程最优化的工程观点。
【Abstract】 Liquid distillation is one of the important unit operations in the course of Principles of Chemical Engineering.The heat state of raw material in distillation affects series aspects in distillation engineering.The reasonable choice of heat state of raw material comes down to the question of reasonable use of heat energy.That the reasonable choice of heat state of raw material is anatomized through the quantity balance of heat energy in continuous distillation may make students not only understand deeply from the academic principle of distillation but also build up the idea of technological economics and the engineering viewpoint of trying for engineering optimization.
