UBAF处理生物絮凝吸附工艺出水的试验研究

【摘要】 采用以陶粒为填料的上向流曝气生物滤池(UBAF)对生物絮凝吸附后的校园生活污水进行处理,考察此系统对CODCr、NH3-N的去除效能以及UBAF抗冲击负荷能力。结果表明,此系统CODCr、NH3-N平均去除率可达88.7%和86.6%。水力负荷在0.6~1.8 m3/(m2.h)范围内变化时,UBAF对CODCr的去除仅受到轻微影响,而氨氮去除受到显著影响。进水CODCr负荷在4.05 kg/(m3.d)以下时,出水CODCr可达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准;CODCr负荷增加到4.74 kg/(m3.d)时,出水仅达二级标准。当NH3-N负荷在0.56 kg/(m3.d)以下时,出水NH3-N可达一级B标准;NH3-N负荷增加到0.73 kg/(m3.d)时,出水已不能达到排放标准。UBAF对CODCr、NH3-N有很好的处理效果,抗CODCr冲击负荷能力较强,但其硝化作用受冲击负荷影响较大。

【Abstract】 Up-flow biological aerated filter(UBAF) filled with ceramics grain was used to treat the domestic sewage of campus discharged from the process of bio-flocculation adsorption;the efficiency of the said system on CODCr and NH3-N removal and its anti-shock loading capability were investigated.The results showed that,the average removal rates of CODCr and NH3-N reached 88.7% and 86.6% respectively.When the hydraulic loading ranged from 0.6 to 1.8 m3/(m2·h),the CODCr removal by UBAF was slightly affected,while the NH3-N removal was significantly affected.When the influent CODCr loading rate was below 4.05 kg/(m3·d),the mass concentration of CODCr in the effluent water could meet the specification for grade 1 level B in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,and when it increased to 4.74 kg/(m3·d),the effluent water quality met the grade-2 standard only;when the NH3-N loading rate was below 0.56 kg/(m3·d),the mass concentration of NH3-N in the effluent water could meet the discharge standard grade 1 level B,while it would be substandard when the NH3-N loading rate increased to 0.73 kg/(m3·d).UBAF had a very good efficiency for CODCr and NH3-N removal and a strong anti-shock loading capability;however,its nitrification performance was greatly affected by shock loading.
