【Abstract】 With case studies of several ordinary laboratories in universities,this paper focuses on the design of performance evaluation index system in this respect.The design should adopt proper evaluation indices and reasonable index weights,clarify the definition of terms,and improve evaluation criteria.The paper also raises the suggestion of breaking down the convention of "full mark" system,which provides an idea for designing the system scientifically and effectively.更多还原
