【Abstract】 The status quo and the main performance index of the detector used for the measurement of alpha particle has been reviewed.These detector include the conventional alpha detector(gas detector,scintillation detector and semiconductor detector),the special detector(atom nucleus emulsion and solid track detector) and the measurement used for alpha intensity(scintillation counter,alpha activity analyzer,alpha surface contaminant analyzer and lowliness background alpha counter),alpha energy spectrum and alpha flux spectrum.The development trend and the application vistas of alpha spectrum has been prospected.更多还原
