【摘要】简要介绍了用于中国散裂中子源高通量粉末衍射仪的高速数据采集系统,重点介绍了该系统中PCIE高速数据采集卡的设计。其中包括了数据采集卡的结构,各模块具体实现方式,电路设计和部分软件设计。最后给出了一些测试结果及应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It introduces the high speed data acquisition system of High-throughput powder diffractometer in CSNS,emphatically focus on the design of PCIE card,including the architecture of the PCIE card,the implementation method of every modules,the design of circus and part of software design.Finally the test results and application are given.更多还原
