100MW供热凝汽式机组真空低的诊断分析与治理措施
Diagnose analysis and treatment for low vacuum of 100 MW heating condensing turbine unit
【摘要】 针对100 MW供热凝汽式机组运行期间真空偏低的问题,通过现场调整试验分析诊断以及系统查漏,发现机组凝汽器换热恶化和真空系统严密性较差。提出了相应的真空治理建议,并在机组大修期间进行了实施。实践证明,在大修后运行期间,机组真空绝对值和真空严密性得以明显提升,改善了汽轮机组运行热经济性。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses that the deterioration of heat transfer and the tightness of vacuum system of the condenser leads to the low vacuum of 100 MW heating condensing turbine unit during operation,according to the diagnose of on-site adjustment and test and leak detection,proposes relevant advices on vacuum treatment which is carried out during unit overhaul.Practice shows that during overhaul the absolute value and tightness of vacuum enhances apparently and the thermal economy of operation is improved.
