【摘要】 文章基于对某汽车转向节车间生产物流系统的分析,结合现有管理方法和技术,利用建模仿真研究了现有系统中存在的产能不平衡、物流路线紊乱、在制品大量堆积等问题;从控制生产节拍的角度入手,分别针对企业近期或长远的优化目标,提出2种不同的优化方案,为生产物流系统的优化、设计及实施提供了可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of a workshop production logistics system of automobile redirectors,and referring to the existing methods and techniques of management,this paper analyzes the problems of the production logistics system by modeling and simulation.The main problems include that the throughput can not be balanced,the path of logistics is very confused and the work-in-process accumulates in large amounts.Two different optimization projects,which aim at short-term or long-term optimization goals respectively,are proposed by controlling the production times.These optimization projects offer a reliable basis for optimizing,designing and implementing the production logistics system.更多还原
