【摘要】 作为中国古代女性,丈夫的死亡和遭丈夫休弃都是不幸的。在面临这一境遇时,从法律角度,她们大多可以自由选择再嫁或是守节,这种选择行为从表面看来可以由她们自己来操作,但选择的背后却有着太多牵绊,使女性无法作出忠实于自身感受的决定。当女性对婚姻的选择无法忠实于自身感受,而只能以寻求男性和家庭作为依靠为目的时,那么女性就永远无法成为自己婚姻真正的主人。更多还原

【Abstract】 For any ancient Chinese woman,it was great unfortunate to be left alone either as the result of husband’s death or divorce.They could choose either to marry again or stick to the situation.Though it seeded like free-will choice there were many factors behind choice-making.Women were not able to choose according their own will when family and husband were part of their living support.更多还原
