【摘要】 研究中国企业自主创新能力,离不开对其影响因素的分析和深层次原因的探究.企业专利申请量是反映企业自主创新能力的一个重要指标.运用计量经济学的方法对影响企业专利申请量的因素进行了回归分析和关联度分析,证明了R&D投入以及企业科研人员数量、从事科研的企业数量等相关因素对企业的专利申请量存在显著性影响,并依据实证分析结果及针对中国企业专利转化的现状提出了政策建议.该文章的研究,对政府和企业实施创新战略具有现实意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 In conducting a study on the independent innovation ability of enterprises,it is necessary to explore and analyze the factors-both obvious elements and underlying reasons-which have an impact on those enterprises.Patent application is a crucial factor of independent enterprise innovation capability.In this paper,using econometric methods,regression and correlation analysis were performed on the factors that affect patent application quantity,and the results suggest that R&D investment,the number of scientific research personnel,and the number of R&D institutions have a significant impact on the patent application quantity of enterprises,and then on the basis of the empirical study and considering the present situation of patent transformation of Chinese enterprises,a proposal of policy was given.This study can be referenced by both government agencies and other enterprises to develop various industrial innovation policies for different types of industries.更多还原
