TiO2/碳纳米复合材料的制备及其结构表征
Preparation and Characterization of TiO2/Carbon Nanocomposite
【摘要】 采用TiO2溶胶与半沉化的酚醛树脂混合的方法,干燥后在惰性气氛和1 000℃的条件下裂解,制备了一系列具有不同TiO2含量的TiO2/碳纳米复合物.粉末X-射线衍射分析表明,当TiO2质量分数为50%时,复合物中金红石TiO2相的衍射峰峰强出现极大值,这可能是与氩气和由酚醛树脂转化的碳的共同影响有关.质量分数为50%TiO2的复合物的热分析结果以及透射电子显微镜和场发射扫描电子显微镜的结果表明复合物中有三种状态的碳.这种TiO2/碳纳米复合物有望作为光催化材料得到应用.
【Abstract】 TiO2/carbon nano-composites were synthesized by simply mixing a TiO2 sol with a semi-cured resorcinol and formaldehyde gel,followed by drying and pyrolysis at 1 000 ℃ in an inert atmosphere.X-ray diffraction analysis result shows that the intensity of rutile TiO2 peak of the composite reaches to a maximum when TiO2 content is 50%.This may be due to the effect of both argon gas and the carbon derived from resorcinol and formaldehyde gel.The transmission electron microscope(TEM) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) results of the TiO2/carbon nano-composite containing 50% of TiO2 show that carbons exist in the composite in three states.The TiO2/carbon nano-composite will be used as a promising photocatalyst.
