【Abstract】 In this study,condensation of D-Glucosamine hydrochloride with 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in aqueous alkaline solution gave the pyrrole derivatives in excellent yields.Further modification afforded six nucleoside analogues.All the compounds were characterized by IR,NMR and HRMS spectra.The preliminary biological activities of these nucleoside analogues were also investigated.更多还原
