紧密栅元棒束通道内的传热流动数值模拟
Simulation of Thermal-Hydraulic Behavior in Tight Lattice Rod Bundle
【摘要】 对紧密栅元棒束中心通道和壁面通道内空气的传热流动行为进行了数值研究;结合实验数据对壁面温度、剪应力、流体温度和速度以及湍动能等参数进行了分析。结果表明:随着节径比(P/D)的减小,紧密栅元棒束通道内参数的不均匀性会增加,在通道的间隙区会出现壁面温度的峰值。在紧密栅元组件的设计中应该考虑这种间隙区的高温点分布;通道壁面的周向导热对紧密栅的传热有较大影响。
【Abstract】 The turbulence air thermal-hydraulic behavior inside the center and wall channel in tight lat-tice bundles is investigated.The wall temperature,wall shear stress,bulk temperature,bulk velocity,turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent mixing rate are analyzed by comparing the computational results with experi-mental data.The results show the increase of the non-uniformity of the parameters in tight lattice and the dis-crepancy between the calculation and the experiment with the decrease of P/D,and a temperature maximum appears in the gap region.This should be taken into account in the design of the fuel assembly with tight lat-tices.It is necessary to take the circumferential heat conduction of the channel wall into consideration in the simulation.
