【摘要】 随着社会分工的深化,项目的多利益相关方参与性越来越明显,而其中的每个利益相关方同时又承担着多个项目。这些利益相关方之间形成动态的关系网络,该网络的结构以及利益相关方在该网络中的位置对利益相关方的行为有重要影响。对项目利益相关方关系网络的分析,将有助于建立有效的项目治理方式,最终提高项目成功率。文章在论述社会网络分析对项目治理研究价值的基础上,提出了构建项目治理利益相关方关系网络模型的方法;构建了网络可靠性的度量方法;分析了利益相关方的响应策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the deepening social division of labor,the project’s multi-stakeholder participation is increasingly obvious,and in which each stakeholder is involved in several projects.A dynamic network of relationships formed between these stakeholders,the network structure,as well as the location of stakeholders in the network has an important influence on their behavior.Analyzing the network,will help to establish effective project governance,and ultimately improve project success rate.Based on the value of Social Network Analysis for project governance research,this paper proposes how to construct network model for the relationship between project governance stakeholders;constructs a measure method of network reliability;analyzes the response strategies of stakeholders.更多还原
