【摘要】 目的:观察次全胃切除治疗进展期胃癌病人生活质量,生存期及术后化疗耐受性的比较。方法:2001年1月至2006年12月确诊的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期胃癌病人,接受次全胃切除的根治性D2手术,术后行mFOLFOX6方案化疗。结果:全组病例5年生存率39%,术后并发症的发生率为16.7%,无手术相关性死亡,全部患者完成化疗,未发生化疗相关性死亡。结论:次全胃切除的根治性D2手术能给Ⅱ/Ⅲ期进展期胃癌患者带来较好的生存期和生活质量及化疗耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the quality of life,survival rate and the tolerance of chemotherapy of the patients with gastric cancer,who received the subtotal gastrectomy. Method: The patients which diagnosed the phase Ⅱ or Ⅲ gastric carcinoma received the subtotal gastrectomy of radical D2 operation,received the chemotherapy of the mFOLFOX-6 after the operation.From January 2000 to December 2006. Result:All of the cases,survival rate of 5 years was 39%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 17.1%,no operation related death,all patients completed chemotherapy,without the occurrence of chemotherapy related death. Conclusion: The subtotal gastrectomy of radical D2 operation can improve the quality of life,survival rate of five years and the tolerance of chemotherapy of the patients.更多还原
