【摘要】 目的:观察白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入手术后干眼症的相关情况。方法:收集2008年10月至2010年6月间我院眼科诊治的白内障患者60例,共72只眼。经角膜缘切口行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。分别于术前3d、术后1d、1周、1个月及3个月观察并记录下列指标:干眼症状评分;Sehirmer I试验;泪膜破裂时间;角膜荧光素染色。结果:与术前3d相比,患者术后1d、1周及1月的干眼症状评分明显增高,角膜荧光染色明显增多,泪液分泌量明显减少,泪膜破裂时间明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后3月基本恢复至术前3天水平(P>0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对眼表有一定的影响,在短期内影响泪膜功能,应该进行积极的预防和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the the dry eye syndrome after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.Method:60 cases(72 eyes) with cataract were collected from October 2008 to June 2010 in the department of ophthalmology in our hospital.The corneal incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were performed.The following indicators were observed and recorded respectively in 3 days before surgery,1 day after,1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery.score of dry eye symptoms;Schirmer I test;tear breakup time(BUT);corneal fluorescein staining.Result:Compared with 3 days before surgery,the scores of dry eye symptoms were higher,the corneal fluorescein staining increased significantly,the amount of tear secretion reduced significantly and the tear breakup time shortened in 1 day,1 week and 1 month after the operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).3 months after operation,they were all recovered to the level of 3 days before(P>0.05).Conclusion:Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation have an impact on ocular surface,affect the tear film function in a short term,it should be active in prevention and treatment.更多还原
